Appraisals and consultations are done under the sole direction and authorship of John C. Hanna, MAI. In some instances, the nature of an assignment may require additional expertise of carefully selected subcontracted professionals in fields of Title Law, Forestry, Mineral/ Mining, Land Use Planning and Environmental Evaluation. Hanna & Associates maintains active professional relationships with highly qualified, specialized consultants. We may make recommendations to clients for such input as deemed necessary and appropriate for the intended scope of work.
